Delivery information:
All orders will be delivered by our chosen nationwide pallet network haulier, Palletforce. All deliveries are made on 18-t vehicles with a tail lift and pump truck. All deliveries are curbside drop-offs. The customer or somebody appointed by the customer must be at the delivery point to accept the delivery unless we have been notified and agreed prior to dispatch.
For delivery ETAs, please get in touch with us.
Access:
Delivery location must have adequate access and hard-standing ground (no grass or gravel) for our partners to offload safely. Deliveries are made on large vehicles, and the customer must inform us if there may be an access problem. In such cases, in the opinion of the company or our partners, delivery is not possible, so the company reserves the right to cancel the order and pass costs on to the customer.
Queries:
If you require a smaller delivery vehicle or have any questions about delivery, please contact us. We will be happy to review your order and accommodate it as best we can.
Safety:
Delivery vehicles use tail lift offloading, and it must be emphasised that the delivery vehicle must be able to park in an area where the delivery is to be made. A pallet truck is then used to manoeuvre the products off the tail lift to the kerbside delivery point. The customer, or somebody appointed by the customer, must be at the delivery point to accept the delivery.
