Delivery Information

  • Delivery Partner: All orders are delivered via Palletforce, our nationwide pallet network, using 18t vehicles with a tail lift and pump truck.
  • Kerbside Delivery: Orders are dropped off at the curb. A representative must be present at the delivery point to accept the goods unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • ETAs: For estimated delivery times, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

Access Requirements

  • Adequate Access: The delivery location must have a hard-standing surface (no grass or gravel) and enough space for large vehicles to park and unload safely.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any access issues. If access is not possible, the company reserves the right to cancel the order and charge any associated costs.
