Our returns policy is 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, if the 14-day period has passed since the delivery date, we can not offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Currently, our filled hessian sandbags are exempt from returns, refunds, or exchanges due to their perishable nature unless faulty (hessian will start to biodegrade within 4-6 weeks).

To complete your return, please get in touch with our team, who can arrange for the pallet to be collected and returned to us directly. Please be aware that unless the item is faulty, return costs are passed onto the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective. Once your return has arrived back to us and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method and should come into your bank account within 5-7 days. In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
